Health and sexual reproductive health

– Lack of access to Medicare is a disadvantage, and we want to minimise costs related to health issue arising for workers. A combination of training on maintaining physical health, pastoral health and OHS training helps to address this issue.

– SRH is a sensitive topic, but lack of training and access to information might lead to serious health and life consequences. We provide training for candidates from the home country on SRH rights, preventative measures, check-ups, and information access to SRH services when working abroad.

We know it is uneasy to move to work in a different culture, speaking a different language and getting used to new things.
We focus on pratical and relevant English, as candidates should immerse themselves in an environment as close to their future workplace as possible. These goals are attained with the following programs.
  • Cultural Orientation: With our academic advisor, who has qualifications in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), we have designed English courses that best suit our candidates and their jobs. Some of our ESP courses include:
    • English for Agriculture
    • English for Cooking
    • English for Aged Care
  • Health and sexual reproductive health

  • Communication in English: to make sure our candidates is able to communicate and live during their stay in the host country, we provide class in spoken English with topics on daily activities in a foreign country.
