Currently, various nations around the world are facing with a shortage of manpower in many fields from agriculture, manufacturing to beauty and healthcare.

With high demand for manpower from developed countries in the world today such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Dubai, Germany, Korea, etc., We think this is an opportunity for Vietnamese workers to be able to work and develop their skills at developed nations in order to become international citizens, contributing to the growth and prosperity of the world.

With the desire to bring opportunities to many young Vietnamese people, since 2017, after being licensed by the Vietnamese Government to send workers to work abroad, our company has focused on foreign language training, skill training and orientation for young Vietnamese people who want to study and work abroad. From the very beginning, we have established our mission is to conduct thorough research on each applicant and provide the most suitable job recommendations and orientation advices for them, addressing gaps in languages, job-related skills, and differences in culture through our rigorous training programs.

Because all countries have differences in culture and lifestyle, we always listen to and ask customers for their feedback on the difficulties that job applicants and employers face in culture and lifestyle. We place great emphasis on our training and always stay up to date with new regulations, as well as feedback from our clients in order revise our training program to shorten the gap between employers and workers. In addition, we attach great importance to the provision of training on foreign business and industry terminologies, working processes provided by customers, and conversation practice in workplace situations. With the above training method, we want to be able to build a global workforce base to meet the demand for human resources that can meet the shortage of labor of companies around the world.

For us, the success of job applicants and the satisfaction of the host company are always our top priorities. We consistently carry out reporting, communication, and discussions with the host company and job applicants during their training and preparation in Vietnam. If any unsuitable factors are identified during the training process, we promptly engage with relevant parties to develop appropriate solutions.

We always look forward to finding more job and study opportunities for young Vietnamese people

We look forward to working with you.

Greeting

PHAM THI THU HANH
