Direct recruitment through our own website: We allows candidate for jobs on our website and apply online directly. We also provide job alerts for free, so new jobs will be sent to candidates email. This pull marketing strategy helps build retention for our website.

We also utilize professional and casual social media networks: Mirai has our own fan page and personal profile to maintain contact with candidates when they work oversea. Our local experts are trained and encouraged to use social media in recruiting, including TikTok. We are well prepared for the change in media consumption behavior of new generations.

- Extensive local network: Our local partners range across the 3 regions of the country. This helps us to reach a pool of candidates from diverse backgrounds, helping to provide equal opportunities to Vietnamese.
- Universities and Colleges: We work with vocational colleges and universities to recruit students with qualifications and training in relevant fields. We also attend job where we meet with students looking for jobs.
- Existing candidate pool: Mirai utilizes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) so we can draw candidates from our own database when demand arises, matching the skills required with the skill inventory
