Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

• Make soil
• Perform plant and crop monitoring
• Choose an appropriate fertilizer and fertilize plants
• Water, prune, trim, harvest plants
• Monitor soil health (acidity level, soil phases)
• Measure temperature inside the facility
• Maintain sanitization of the facility environment
• Collect data to monitor plant health and growth
• Harvest plants, vegetables and fruít
• Control of pests and weeds
• Handle cultivation equipment and accessories

Requirements for the job:

• Age: 18 years old and above
• Educational Qualification: High school graduate or equivalent
• Health Conditions: Must pass the medical exam from certified hospitals
• Standing for long periods of time
• Frequent bending, carrying heavy objects
• Strength to carry heavy weights

Benefits:

• Salary: 163,000 Yen/month plus overtime
