Multi-step screening
We believe in equal opportunity and every candidate should have their chance. Mirai has designed and implemented objective screening tests to make sure the selection process is free from bias, favoritism and nepotism. These tests include:
- Physical fitness test: For jobs that require heavy labour work positions in agriculture, this is an important aspect. Candidates are required to perform push-ups, and run for a period of time to prove their strength and stamina.
- Personality test: we have our own personality tests, combined with our interviewers to check for work zombies, low conscientiousness or those with characters that are not fit for work in a productive manner.
- Skill screening (if necessary): we have partnered with employers in relevant industries to provide skill screening sessions for candidates, as well as additional training to make sure they meet the skill requirements for the job.
This selection process help to provide employers with suitable and capable candidates.
